1.4. Delivery Guarantee
We do our best to ensure prompt and secure deliveries. However, external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions may occasionally affect timelines. If delays occur, we’ll notify you immediately.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
2.1. Return Period
You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
2.2. Return Conditions
Items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- The item is in original, unopened packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, confirmation email)
- The item is not excluded by law from returns (e.g., hygiene items, opened cosmetics)
2.3. How to Return

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- (Optional) Reason for return
We will provide the return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days of confirmation.

3. Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is not collected within the courier’s holding period and is returned to us:
